Weekender Duffle

Handmade in Small Batches

Each Weekender Duffle takes approximately 15-20 hours of focused work to complete. We don't use assembly lines or outsource any part of the process. From selecting the leather to the final burnishing of the edges, everything is done by hand in our studio.

The Process

1. Selection: We inspect each hide, looking for the perfect combination of grain and character.
2. Cutting: Pattern pieces are cut by hand, paying attention to grain direction for strength and aesthetics.
3. Preparation: Edges are sanded and burnished to create smooth, sealed edges that won't fray.
4. Stitching: Using two needles and waxed linen thread, we create saddle stitches that are both beautiful and incredibly strong.
5. Assembly: Hardware is installed, lining is fitted, and the bag takes shape.
6. Finishing: Final conditioning, quality inspection, and preparation for shipping.

Caring for Your Duffle

With proper care, your Weekender Duffle will last decades and develop a beautiful patina unique to how you use it.

• Conditioning: Apply a thin layer of leather conditioner every 3-6 months, or when the leather feels dry.
• Cleaning: Wipe with a damp cloth for light dirt. For deeper cleaning, use a leather-specific cleaner.
• Storage: Store in the included dust bag when not in use. Stuff with paper to maintain shape.
• Water: Avoid heavy rain. If the bag gets wet, let it air dry naturally—never use heat.

Production Time: Each bag is made to order. Please allow 3-4 weeks for production before shipping.

International Shipping: Calculated at checkout. Most orders arrive within 7-14 business days depending on destination.

Packaging: Your duffle will arrive in a protective dust bag inside a sturdy box, perfect for gifting.
